Refund & Return Policy

At StickerAny, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Print-on-Demand Products

Most products sold by StickerAny are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Personal preferences regarding color, texture, or appearance

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect compared to your order

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund

at our sole discretion.

3. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Refunds or replacements for lost packages may be offered after carrier confirmation.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–10 business days for processing by your payment provider.
  • Additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by StickerAny.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours after purchase.

Once production begins, orders can no longer be changed, canceled, or refunded.

6. Delivery Delays

Shipping times are estimates only.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Postal services
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Force majeure events

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • StickerAny is not responsible for lost shipments.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact StickerAny before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issue promptly.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
